Lactose- and Paraben-Free Hormones
- As part of our dedication to overall health and wellness, all of our compounded formulations are made without lactose or parabens.
- Lactose is a low-cost filler commonly used by many compounding pharmacies, but it is a form of sugar that can be difficult for the body to digest. As a result, some patients experience gastrointestinal discomfort when taking preparations that contain lactose.
- Parabens, frequently found in cosmetics and topical products, are known endocrine disruptors that may interfere with hormonal and reproductive function and have been associated with certain cancers. For this reason, we choose to avoid them entirely in our compounded products.
